Chicken Katsu. Homemade.

Berikut cara membuat Chicken Katsu sederhana dirumah.... Yummy!

1. Fillet dada ayam. Pisahkan dengan tulang dan kulit. Kemudian cuci bersih.
2. Lumuri daging ayam dengan tepung.
3. Celup kedalam telur kocok.
4. Lumuri dengan tepung panir/ tepung roti.
5. Goreng dalam minyak panas.
6. Hidangkan selagi hangat.

*note: tentu saja ada resep rahasia yang tidak di publish hehe demi rahasia bisnis....

Spirited Away. Studio Ghibli. Fanart

My first Studio Ghibli movie was Spirited Away and I was instantly fall in love with the movie. The main character was
Nigihayami Kohakunushi (literally, God of the Swift Amber River) also known as Haku. Well, I loved the story as well.

So, I was trying to make a fanart of Haku 'Spirited Away' (picture below). I was encouraging my self enough to draw Haku. Cause Haku was my favorite one.

Thanks to Studio Ghibli who created such a meaningful masterpiece as expected! Sugoi....

BTS Spring Day. Fanart

I wasnt sleepy yet, so I came up with an idea "what if I drew Jimin tonight?". Cause I was boring enough, waiting for price list Wings Tour Indonesia, didn't release yet till now. Even the concert would be held at 29 April, next month.
Well, I started to draw BTS Spring Day MV, which has the most beautiful colored blend.

I loved Jimin the most, thats why I drew Jiminie part on Spring Day MV (picture below). I realize, it couldnt be compared with the real Spring Day MV. I was satisfied enough, Its just like I was spending my free time. 

Ahh... lets sleep then...

Army Bomb ver 2.0 Fanart

Last night I drew an object which reflect a calm feeling, a deer... I used to brush it with relaxing color.

But at midnight, suddenly I got a badnews about my pre-order Army Bomb ver 2.0. I already bought it (pre-order) on January. Unfortunately, seller told that the stock of Army Bomb ver 2.0 was out of stock and couldn't make sure when it would be available.  So I got full refund and got no Army Bomb. I was preparing Army Bomb to attend BTS Wings Tour Goes to Indonesia. I got broken heart. Well, hope for the best.

Then what happen with my drawing? I got frustration so I added an Army Bomb flew away by a pair of wings and the deer torn into pieces (picture below). The title was Pay-Pay Amibam hiks hiks!

Lontong Kari Ayam Kampung. Bojonegoro

Saat pulang ke Kab Bojonegoro, ada beberapa makanan khas olahan Bojonegoro yang tak boleh dilewatkan. Salah satunya Kari. Meski sajian Kari tersedia hampir di seluruh penjuru Indonesia, namun Kari buatan Bojonegoro selalu terasa berbeda.

Malam itu, saya sengaja makan malam di warung sederhana yang terletak di Desa Ngantru. Mencicipi olahan ayam kampung dari sang empu yang sudah lama berjualan sejak saya masih SD. Lontong Kari Ayam Kampung memang sangat enak. Daging ayam Kampung yang dimasak dengan bumbu kari ini empuk dan tidak alot. Daging ayam, kuah kari, lontong, semuanya tampak menyatu yummy!
Seporsi lontong ayam kampung dihargai dengan Rp 14.000. Cukup murah bukan? Apalagi potongan daging ayam yang besar. Saat itu saya lebih memilih lauk jeroan (gambar dibawah).

Spaghetti Telur Bebek dengan Ayam Goreng

Well.. Im totally home alone right now, so I add up breakfast with lunch become brunch. I think its okay as long as im having it in healthy way, healthy food.

By the way, Im having brunch while watching Jimin's log about Dadaepo Beach in Busan. Im getting overreaction, suddenly I miss him so so so bad, bogoshipda Jiminie~ (backsound Spring Day - BTS). When exactly he and his grup BTS will come to Indonesia? Im wondering the time, I could see him right in front of my eyes :(

Anyway.. just end my random chit chat :D

Kembali ke topik. Untuk menu makan siang ini saya membuat Spaghetti Telur Bebek (gambar dibawah). Bahan yang dibutuhkan juga sangat mudah. Untuk tambahan lauk saya membuat ayam gorenh, hasil ukepan di kulkas persediaan selama beberapa hari. Hehe

Berikut langkah membuat Spaghetti Telur Bebek.
1. Tumis dengan minyak. 1 siung bawang putih cincang halus. 1/2 bawang bombay iris tipis. 1 buah tomat iris tipis.
2. Masukkan telur bebek. Orak arik. Beri tambahan garam, lada.
3. Masukkan pasta spaghetti yang sudah direbus sebelumnya.
4. Masukkan 1 sendok saus tomat spaghetti. Aduk rata. Koreksi rasa.
5. Spaghetti telur bebek siap dihidangkan. Untuk 1 porsi.

Sangat mudah bukan? =D
